Stephen joined the Keator Group in 2006 and plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. He supports the partners across a range of areas, including special projects, compliance, and business development, while fostering strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service.
In his role as RJFS Branch Supervisor, Stephen is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, supervising branch activities, and ensuring adherence to firm and industry standards.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Classics, with a concentration in Classical Civilizations, from the University of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the Keator Group, he spent nine years at Greylock Federal Credit Union, where he served as a loan officer.
With a background spanning both banking and the investment industry, he brings a disciplined, analytical, and methodical approach to his work.
Stephen holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 securities registrations.
Stephen has been actively involved in the Berkshires community, coaching youth sports for over 30 years. He previously ran the North Adams Soccer Club and served as a longtime board member of the Berkshire County Youth Soccer League. He resides in North Adams, Massachusetts, with his wife, Patti, and their two children.
