Ehan is a Vice President at Keator Group LLC. Since joining the practice in March 2026, he has assisted the investment team in financial planning, portfolio construction, management, and trading. Through his experience with and interest in diversified asset allocation strategies and investing in Small and Mid-Cap companies, Ehan brings a complimentary set of skills to the firm.
Ehan obtained his B.A./M.A. graduating with honors from Scotland’s University of St Andrews in 2020, where he studied International Relations and Economics, and authored his dissertation on the foreign policy implications of American domestic oil and gas production.
Following his graduation from University, Ehan was an associate vice president and institutional product specialist within the Asset Management division of Davenport & Company, a boutique financial services firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, Ehan represented Davenport’s equity products in due diligence with some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors. He helped direct nearly half a billion dollars in new investments to Davenport during his tenure.
He holds his SIE, Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is licensed to sell insurance and variable annuities.
As part of the family's third generation, Ehan is honored to carry on the business that his grandmother Sheila Nesbit Keator founded almost 50 years ago. Along with his sister Daley, he works beside his father, David Keator, and uncles, Frederick and Matthew Keator, to continue the traditions, values, and customer-focused philosophy that have guided the company for decades.
